No coverage

Hi,

I logged a complaint on the 3 June and again on the 27 July. I got a call in June that someone will look into my problem. That is all that happened. Nobody has come back to say that the issue has been resolved.

My query is that I do not have coverage in my area (brackendonws/brackenhurst). Is there someone that can attend to this issue. It is now August and not one of my complaints has been resolved.
I thought by righting on Hellopeter, that someone out there in the universe would hear my query.
