Vodacom ripping consumers on upgrade

My Contract was upgraded in December 2012 to a smart advanced packaged from initially a Talk 240.
I was told that due to the upgrade to the samrt advanced, and was advised that the cost is R 769 vat inclusive.

Now in Feb when looking at my bill its been increased with no explanation and furthermore they still debiting my account for the packages that was on the Talk 240. These packages were the SMS and My Meg bundles on the talk 240 package

Surely when i upgraded it included all the above, why was the talk 240 bundles not cancelled in Dec when i was assused by the vodacom branch in wesgate that it was cancelled. i have now paid for two months with out any communication until i queried it.

This is a total rip off from Vodacom and i dont get any joy from the agents as they themselves cant explain the products and cost properly.
