Wants Me to pay for mistake by Vodacom

I did an upgrade on my account in September. My new package was not migrated to a talk 240 as agreed and I was kept on a talk 500. I contacted Vodacom Numerous times to rectify, but never did. I informed them that I will do the payment due once my account is sorted, but they still kept on cutting my phone off. It is now March 2013 and I still have the same complaint. They want me to pay for their mistake which was only migrated in November / December. They still say I owe them even after it didnt even show that I did an upgrade. Today my account was due at R700 odd, I paid R1200 in the beginning of the month as I only get my statement at the 7th of each month, and they still cut my phone off!!!

I want to cancel my contract or get compensation for the hours of frustration due to their incompetence!!!
