2 month old Phone that is already FAULTY

HOW MUCH BAD LUCK WILL I STILL GO THRU WITH CELL C. FIRST INSTEAD OF CREDITING THE WHOLE AMOUNT FOR INTERNET USAGE I WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND TOOK YOU MORE THEN A MONTH TO RESOLVE. ON 17 MAY 13 I CALL YOUR CALL CENTRE TO ADVISE THAT I AM UNABLE TO RETRIEVE MY VOICEMAIL AND WAS TOLD TO REBOOT THE PHONE BY REMOVING THE BATTERY.
MY PHONE HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE FRIDAY 17 MAY @ 21:00. I WAS SENT FROM PROMONADE BRANCH TO CANAL WALK - SAMSUNG ONLY TO BE TOLD CELL C MUST SORT THIS OUT. WHO IS PAYING FOR MY PETROL. NOW I AM BEING TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT A FULL MONTH FOR A REPAIR!!!
I DO EVERYTHING THRU MY PHONE, HOW MUST I ACCESS MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT IT & NO I DONT HAVE A 2ND PHONE AS A BACKUP. IS THIS REALLY HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS... AND GIVE NOTHING BACK FOR YOUR, PHONE OR SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING. I AWAIT YOUR URGENT RESPONSE. 021 702 3200
