I've been experiencing problems with my internet connection at home. I've called 140 on numerously as well as 0841555555. Initially I was told the server has not being upgraded in my area hence the bad internet connection.. Which was peculiar as family members, that sits right next to me, using a BB & cellc, & no hassles. I've been told my query has been escalated to the network department. After a week of not receiving any correspondence, I called 0841555555 again, spoke to a consultant on 09/05 from the technical department. explained my situation ALL OVER AGAIN. He Informed me that he is escalating my query and i will be contacted by a technician in the next 48 hours, and the technician will come to my home to resolve the query.. After a week of waiting for the call, I called on 16/05. Spoke to a consultant who profusely apologised, & said to me "its because of the new system that queries takes longer to resolve nowadays".. Promised me latest Monday I will be contacted by the technician & on his side he will contact me in the interim just to provide me feedback.. Its now Monday evening. No call from technician, no feedback from the apologetic consultant.. I'm fed up
