Cellc's 2013 network disaste

Ive been struggling with Cellc network coverage since Jan2013.

A couple of months ago i logged a technical query with cellc, they said they would send a technician to investigate our poor signal (our entire corporate area which is a prime location seems to be struggling with cellc). To this very day cellc have done NOTHING to resolve the problem

My real frustration (apart from network issues) is that cellc are just nowhere with regards to customer service and technical problem solving. The Cellc network coverage problem of 2013 is now a widespread problem and the amount of concern is growing amongst consumers each day. Many people are talking about it. And cellc keeping quiet is just making the situation worse.

Without an immediate response and solution people will be leaving cellc. Personally I will never open another cellc contract and many people are spreading the word about avoiding cellc all together. Their good price structure is no longer a competitive offering if customers cant use any of their minutes or data because of permanent connection issues!
