I am tired of always posting on Hello Peter about CellC and their service. I am still waiting after 4 months for my query to be escalated to the Technical Dept. I have posted on this site before about terrible signal. My family and I virtually have no signal at out home. I have asked CellC to send out a technician to test the signal and possibly install a signal booster. A Cell C consultant called me back saying someone from the Technical Dept. will get in touch. Well, I AM STARTING TO THINK CELL C DOES NOT HAVE A TECH DEPT BECAUSE NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME!!!

I originally took out 6 contracts with CellC and bought various internet modems for my family because CellC had pretty good signal at my house. Then From one day to the next, I can't even make a phone call because the network is so bad, and it has remained bad ever since.

If things continue like this, I think I will have to terminate my contracts and move back to Vodacom!! And I know of many friends and family members who have the exact same problem as I do.

If Cell C does infact have a tecnical department, I would like their MANAGER to call me back, because no one else in that organisation seems capable of doing so
