Line suspended and they cant tell me why

My line has been suspended as of last week Thursday and when I contacted them I was told that they don't know why it has been suspended as it is up to date. They said that they would escalate the problem to management but this takes 72 working hours. How can this be? In the meantime my line will not be reconnected. I suppose I should have known better than to trust post man pat with my technology requirements.
