I logged a call with 8ta to report a fault since no matter what dongle or device i use in my area, my downloads are always corrupt. My program partners have sent numerous emails stating it is my service provider. I use another service providers sim and it works perfectly. So I log a fault almost 3 weeks back. They tried to call me ONCE during work and never again. I follow up on the query and NO feedback has been listed for my logged call and the service centre agent again asked me the same questions and then told me to BE PATIENT!! I have waited over a month now for someone to assist me, I am paying for a service I cannot use and I get told to be patient.

The latency is absolutely unbearable and where is started out fine is now degraded. Their Support do everything possible to blame my own PC although i have already mentioned only my 8ta 3g has this problem in this area. Either let me cancel my contract or send someone to assist! My reference number is 5981980.
