Telkom cheating us!!!

Telkom is charging me for a 1meg line and I am getting 512 meg speeds. We call in a fault and they only fix part of the problem. My speed is still and they claim there is nothing wrong. That means that Telkom is charging us for 1 meg speeds and then throttling us down to 512 meg speeds. That is a illegal and immoral. If this isn't the case then fix the problem. If this is the case then I will complain here every five days to make sure that current and future customers know what liars Telkom are and will use other service providers. And threatening customers with an unnecessary callout fee will only work for so long. We pay a lot of money for a service that we are not getting. My internet has been for two months now. Fix it already!!!
