Not getting service as promised

So considering that Telkom have decided to ignore my last complaint, I'll simply start another one. Here is my previous one: https:///telkom/complaints/adsl-speeds-not-what-i-was-promised-1037523

Technician came out, he claimed the line was fine, and that the speeds I was getting (under 0.1meg) is normal and within acceptable speeds on a 1 meg line. He claims that under extreme conditions, telkom would change the 1 meg line to a 4 meg line, but that I would need to continue to report telkom as a poor service provider.

TELKOM- I am gobsmacked that you would deem 0.1mbps speed as "acceptable" when I have contracted you to supply me a 1meg line. You mean to tell me that if you provide me 10% of the service, it is deemed as "normal". Can I only pay 10% of my bill then?

Last night my speed "peaked" at 0.04mbps. (Check my facebook page for speedtest image)

Surely this is pathetic, even when your TECHNICIANS are advising your clients to continue complaining because they know what a crummy service provider they work for.

BTW.. I am still waiting for my free 8ta dongle!!
