Telkom cheating us out of our money!

Last month about a week into May our download speeds went from the 1 meg speeds we were paying for to barely 512 meg speeds. After many phone calls an complaints Telkom informed us that they were soft capping us. Apparently we downloaded so much in one week that for the next four weeks we were not entitled to the speed we were paying for. The consultant I spoke to, Mr Thabiso Martin, informed me that the soft cap would be lifted at the end of the month and that we would get our speed back at the beginning of June. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. TELKOM IS CHEATING US. WE PAID FOR A WHOLE MONTH OF INTERNET AND WERE BARELY ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. TELKOM DIDN'T INFORM US ABOUT THE SOFT CAP WHEN WE UPGRADED TO AN UNCAPPED ACCOUNT AND NO NOTIFICATION WAS SENT WHEN WE WERE SOFT CAPPED. Please lift the soft cap we are paying for the service after all. I will be telling everyone who is interested in internet to stay far away from Telkom. Please fix this already or I will be forced to contact the ombudsman as this is unfair. Phoning the hotline is a waste of time as the consultants cannot help. We get shunted from one department to another because nobody knows how to fix it.
