Telkom speeds again!

Today at about five o'clock our Telkom speed dropped from 80kB/s to maximum 5kB/s. The last time this happened it lasted for three weeks before Telkom finally sorted it out. They claimed there was nothing wrong. I refuse to phone the hotline anymore because all they do is threated you with unnecessary callout fees in order to make you GO AWAY. I am paying for a specific speed and I expect get it or close to it as much as possible. I will complain on this website continually until Telkom gives us our speed back or fixes whatever is causing the problem. We are paying for uncapped so why are you capping us. Why does the speed test say that our speed is normal but when we download we don't get the correct speed. Telkom needs to sort out their problems and quickly because they are going to lose customers and get an even worse reputation than they already have, if that is even possible.
