CONTRACT CANCELED AND STILL BEING CHARGED

I took out a private cell contract in 2010 which was up after the 2 year period on 9 September 2012. I cancelled the contract with MTN and my bank on numerous occasions. I am still after 4 months now being charged and have paid R1075.00 out over the additional 4 months now. I have been scared not to pay just
in case I am black listed, which these organisations are very quick to do. I have called and emailed on numerous occasions and nothing is done, I have even threatened legal action and I require a reimbursement on my of the R1075.00, but I am constantly ignored but keep on being charged.
