Pathetic customer service re Iphone 5

I was on my way to change from Vodacom to Cell C as the Iphone 5 contract was cheaper. I called the Sandton store to make sure they had stock which they said they did. I took time off work to go to the store but on arrival was told by a ride manager and sales consultant i would have to wait for anywhere up to 2 weeks for a phone. What a joke. Pathetic.
