Good day

i have sent an email to the MTN complaints department online with a ref no : (MTN REQ : 2058555) ON THE 25/04/2013, regarding a matter of Data that disappeared & where no liable response was provided...
I have called the MTN customer care line as to no avail i spoke to consultants where no ref was provided & also they advised that a Teamleader / Supervisior will get back to me... However due to what Delay we do not understandor will come to terms with... I STILL have no been contacted or even have any response or feedback via email...

This been an Outrageous manner in which no one or no response has been sent through from a Large Company Like MTN is not Explainable espically been a client from a long time...
