CNA online store - worst online shopping experience ever!

I have made a purchase on CNA's online store on the 19 of September 2013. I have received an email to confirm that my order is being processed. However since then I havent recieved any feedback whatsoever. its been almost a month and nothing.
dont get me wrong in this time I have phoned their customer "care" department to query the delay... but have never receive feedback all im told is that they will look into it and inform me...
they never do... I lost faith in their customer care division.
I have sent emails to them regarding the delay of delivery... still I dont recieve a response. I have sent them a complaint email regarding how poor the customer care is, but it seems like they just dont care about their customers.
it is really sad to think I was unable to provide my brother with a surprise birthday present 2weeks ago.
it is nearly a month... no feedback, no reassurance... to me this is really terrible service considering CNA/edcon is such a big company.
