Good day
i have online banking and required for the smartphoneipad option on my online banking to be opened for me to order another phone, i opted to email them on the customer service option on the website. i provided all my details and there was no response, so i mailed them again and after 3 days still no response. This is pathetic servie especially for a person like me that rely on these email options for customer service because i am unable to call. If this company can't respond to the mails then why have this option for customers? If i am lucky enough to get a response to this please send it to [Email Removed]
