Promised time not adhered to/ bad service provided

Requested information had been forward to the email address provided 12.08.2013 I received an email advising I would receive a response within 5 working days. With no response a second email had been sent 21.08.2013 I had then made a follow up call to the call centre where the agent there advised that she will forward a request to the deparment which handle such queries and I would have to wait another 5 days, while the consultants had been dealing a 5 day Query over ten days the debit order had run off my account for one more month which is unacceptable as the delay was caused by them. I had received a response 26.08.2013 which advises that I submit a list of documents and information and have been promised a 15 to 20 day turn around time, I have provided them ten days already I am not prepared to wait another 20 .
