Bad Service - late with delivery

Telkom was supposed to install new telephone line and ADSL on Monday 13 May 2013. They arrive on that date only to tell me that they need to come back. No feedback is given throughout the week. Then on Friday, 17 May 2013 they tell me that the earliest date they can finish the installation is on Tuesday, 21 May 2013 and there is apparently no way they can do it before then. This has wasted a week of my time where I had to apply for leave in order to be here for Telkom installation. Now I have to arrange more leave because of Telkom's inefficiencies.

I work in the Internet industry and it is vital for me to be online. This installation was scheduled months in advance and still no delivery.

Such bad service!
