Poor service, inconsistent feedback

I placed an order on 13-03-2013. The order was not delivered to me and when I queried with the consultants I received different advices. 1. my order was dispatched on 28 March 2013 2. my order had been delivered and signed for by an individual named Aubrey. The consulatnt advised me to go to the nearest police station and complete an affidavit which I would have to fax through to avon. I called back again to ascertain the information provided and the consultant (Simphiwe) submitted a query and advised me to call back the next day for feedback, being the 4th April. When i called back the consultant I spoke to (Sthembile) was rude and dismissive, who then advised me to call back after a week for feedback. I am not happy with the service I have received thus far, the delay in response and manner in which service is provided by the consultants. The waiting period is ridiculous, escalated by the fact that I will lose trust from my customer which poorly affects my reputation. I would like prompt and accurate feedback on the matte
