We recieved a statment today on our Uncapped R199.00 internet account for over R900 and were billed R400 last month for this. We went into the George mall branch and they have informed us that there are calls made on the sim card. This sim has not left my 3g Dongle and i have not made a single call on it. I also dont understand how it is possible to make calls from a Data sim???

In any case, they have lodged a query which according to them will take 15 days to recieve a response? What kind of customer service is that? 15 days places this at the end of the month when we will be debited R900 for calls that we never made. This is the second time I have had to resort to these measures to sort out an issue with this same account. I used to be a firm believer in MTN but now I am stuck with distaste for them. IT feels like their customer service is slipping. I need this resolved alot sooner that 15 days, and we need to be credited for the 400 which was taken without my concent. Now in addition to this my internet is not working and i have studying to do for my Unisa exam tomorrow!!! How am i meant to finish!!!
