Overbilled for calls and internet

I have been overcharged. My billing states vlive and internet usage and i have been billed R99 extra for all this. I do not use internet or do downloads. I only use this line during the free minute periods as you see from my previous bills. There are also calls made on the 11th january worth about R60 which i di dnot make. No internet/data is activated on my phone so i should not incur these charges. Please look into this and the calls made on the 11th. This is a definite fault in my billing. I pay R169 monthly for my subscriptionand for almost two years now and suddenly i have been billed for extra calls and internet that i did not make/use!
