Still no phone after 84 days!!!

Cell c lost my phone at their east gate branch. this is my third report on the incident. its a contract phone that i sent for repair and their rep that responds to these report will say his usal garbage of i apologise we will get back to you on this. pathetic! IM NOT INTRESTED IN YOUR RESPONCE I WANT MY PHONE BACK!!! IM STILL PAYING FOR THE CONTRACT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE GIVEN ME A NEW PHONE. at this point i dont want to speak to any of you confused reps from cell c! send me an email to let me know when i can collect a new phone. and dont pretend to care that i am upset. im just one of your customers that will never recomend you to anyone, as soon as i am able to im leaving this useless network provider! its been 84 days you about your turnaround time and have a bunch of innefficient staff on your payroll! if you guys has any pride you would have sorted out my complaint when i first logged a call. you are still debiting my account. i have never defaulted a payment. my fault was in beleving that you would honor your end of the contract i singed. you should be embarrased now.
