CHARGING VAT

II have the iphone R399 contract which sounded like a great deal until I saw I was being charged VAT on top of all my costs. Cell C advertises VAT included. I am not the first client to complain. Sort this out ASAP.
"The agreed price for this contract is R399, but don't be fooled. My account is - R520 p/m. According to the Call Center 0860 and 0861 number does not get covered with you minutes. Would have been nice if someone would have warmed me before I started to call."
"The real problem is, according to the T&C's the R399 is inclusive of VAT, but the Call center just told me that I have to pay VAT on the R399, of R54 something."
