CELL C REFUSTE TO ASSIST ME

GOOD DAY, I hope someone can assit. In December 2012 I took out a contact in my mother's name, we applied for the iphone 5 R 399.00 contract. I received the iphone 5 and thought the contract was ok. I have recently noticed my bill being quite expensive, this was due to VAT being charged. I was told that all costs include VAT. I complaied on hello peter and a cell c guy emailed me and showed me a statement that I wasn't being charged VAT, on this statement I noticed I was put on a straight up 200 and being charged R 420.00 a month, and the phone issued was an IPHONE 4S. Below are my complaints on hello peter: FIRST COMPLAINT - " I have the iphone R399 contract which sounded like a great deal until I saw I was being charged VAT on top of all my costs. Cell C advertises VAT included. I am not the first client to complain. Sort this out ASAP."The agreed price for this contract is R399, but don't be fooled. My account is - R520 p/m. According to the Call Center 0860 and 0861 number does not get covered with you minutes. Would have been nice if someone would have warmed me before I started to call."
