Wrong contract

II have the iphone R399 contract which sounded like a great deal until I saw I was being charged VAT on top of all my costs. Cell C advertises VAT included. I am not the first client to complain. Sort this out ASAP.

on top of this, celc c signed me up for the wrong contact, i ordered the iphone 5 contact for R 399.00 pm, and they gave me some iphone 4s contract for R 420.00 EXCLUDING VAT.

sort this out now.
