Charged VAT Over and Above Agreed Contract price

I just had an interesting conversation with the call center. I have a Cell C IPhone Straight Up 200 Contract. The agreed price for this contract is R399, but don't be fooled. My account is - R520 p/m. According to the Call Center 0860 and 0861 number does not get covered with you minutes. Would have been nice if someone would have warmed me before I started to call.

The real problem is, according to the T&C's the R399 is inclusive of VAT, but the Call center just told me that I have to pay VAT on the R399, of R54 something.

I want to get reimburse for the money I payed, that was not agreed upon.

Another problem I am having with cell c is their horrible data connection, I did log a call early in this year complaining about no being able to use my data connection in the HATFIELD PRETORIA area, where I work and the reason why I got the contract. I cannot use my Data anytime after 08:00 in the mornings. Cell C told me that this is a know problem and would contact me as soon as possible, and would resolve this issue. I cannot understand how Cell C can still advertise data contracts to the students here when they will not be able to use their data???
