Cell C = No Network Connection

I first joined Cell C last year with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet.

Early this year I was lured by Cell C's R399 iPhone 5 special (200min, 200sms's, 500gb) and I ported away from MTN (an action I deeply regret).

Since I have the phone, it consistently has to search for a network, i do not get my voice calls nor am I able to use the data. This is especially true whilst on the move (walking included). I rarely have any connection whilst in my vehicle.

I experience the same issue with my Tab.

I noticed my Bill has been consistently above R399 as well, cause apparently streaming isn't taken off the contract data (insert YouTube, Radio) and we get charged VAT over and above the R399 (a fact not initially marketed to me)

I have 3 friends with the exact same issue, we have resorted to using our land lines to communicate.

My question is this, Cell C has promised a service, and has not delivered, is this not a breach of contract? I am sure the CPA was established for this exact reason.

Why am I the one who has to pay a penalty if I want to cancel the contract?

All these minutes and smses at a reasonable cost because no one can use them! Very clever Cell C, very clever indeed.
