Disgusted with mtn eastgate!!

MTN Eastgate has the worst service ever and I've experienced this a couple of times. I applied for a contract in store on the 16th May 2013 and the guy was so rude to me. I don't know whether he thought he was being funny by shouting at me whilst filling in the form. After giving him my proof of address he said to me I can't be staying where I'm staying because only rich people stay there. Ok the following day they phoned me and told me that my contract has been approved. I went to the shop on Friday at about 16:30 only to find out that they are offline. Saturday I went to the shop again, the queue was long as usual, after standing in the queue for almost 45 minutes the guy told me that it takes an hour to activate a new contract and they are closing so they can't help me. I mean really, is that the way of treating cusomers? I'm so disgusted!!
