Cell C is not what it seems

Here are my issues :

1) On a routine recharge on my data card via FNB, I inadvertently typed in an 11 digit phone number. Needless to say, a while later I queried why the recharge was not successful, firstly with FNB, who were helpful and they in turn took it up with CellC. The answer from CellC was that "someone" had changed the number to a correct 10 digit number and the 3GB of data (R400) had been given to them - obviously it was not me. I queried this with CellC who have just given me the runaround about it's my fault as I put in an incorrect number. I concede my mistake, but who unilaterally decided on another correct 10 digit number? The money should have been returned.

2) CellC has a query under ref 3051101717 with their call centre which has yet to be responded to. This involves forfeiting R200 pre-paid airtime on converting to a contract. I was assured by their Cresta branch this would not happen.

3) On my "Straight Up 100" I have been told that Telkom calls are excluded from the 100 Minutes by the call centre - I cannot locate this exclusion on the website or in my contract nor was it pointed out when signing the contract - please explain CellC...
