I requested a call back on the Vodacom site last week, to which they claim they phone you back within 48 hours, this did not happen, and I phoned them on Tuesday, and Kifilwe told me that her supervisor will phone me back, this also did not happen.

I phoned in on Wednesday, and Lukholo was the unlucky person to answer my call, but he went the extra mile to make sure that I get next day delivery, instead of the normal 3-7 days delivery time. He also made a follow-up call this morning with my tracking number. He is the benchmark of how all call center agents should handle clients, I want to thank him for the brilliant service, and I hope his superiors can see his dedication.
