I upgradde my contract ONLINE. I ordered the phone and was told it would be delivered within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went and I phoned again asking why it had not been delivered. I was told it is out of stock. So I waited for a week for stock. The phone was delivered on 25 September, but it was the wrong colour, so I sent it back with the courier immediately. I then phoned the on line number 082 178 44 and told them. When I asked a few questions the little girl could not answer, she then put the phone down on me. I phoned to speak to the Supervisor. He told me that Kagiso would call me. only took 2 days to happen. Todate, (11 October) Kagiso has been the most inefficient I have every come across. I called the online number to check on the status. Eventually, I was told by the upgrade number 082 1959 that the same colour had been ordered again. I said cancel the upgrade. Told that it would take 48 to 72 hours for the cancellation notice to go through. 72 hours later and still no cancellation notice. the system said that my new phone would be delivered on 7 October - no delivery, but now Im due for an upgrade 01 september 2015 according to the system.
