BAD SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS

We ordered an item on-line on the 24th of November and received a confirmation mail on that same day with an order number, my Husband had to phone them on the 2nd of December just to find out apparently they didn't receive the order.

Since the 4th of December we have been phoning everyday to find out when the delivery will happen, the only answer we get is they don't have a contact number to phone there warehouse they cannot help us, I phoned on Wednesday afternoon furious and the supervisor assured me that Angie is working on this quire she will come back to me first thing yesterday (12.12.13) morning. Needless to say Angie NEVER returned any phone calls and Shane asked my Husband why he bothered to order from Homechoice then if we are not willing to wait for the delivery.

I phoned again today and requested to speak to Angie to assist me in getting this parcel delivered there will be NO ONE on site to accept it from 4pm this afternoon. Angie refused to take my call because she was on lunch and up to now I have received NO phone call back from her or her supervisor.

I will never advise anyone to buy from homechoice there call centre is a joke and there staff is useless.
