I placed an online order for a Nokia Lumia 520 on Thursday morning, Precious from Vodacom called me back to confirm and told me the order was approved - ref 14240100. The phone is a birthday gift for someone and I stressed the importance of the delivery taking place the next. Precious ensured me it would be done, she also confirmed that the phone was available. The website promises delivery the next day if the order is placed before noon, which I did. I only received the call from Vodacom at 12:40, but Precious told me she would make a plan for me as it was her fault for calling late, and I told her if they could not deliver the next day she must inform me as I would rather then go into a store and purchase the phone. She told me not to worry I would have the phone by close of business Friday. That did not happen! I tried calling Vodacom but no luck, I even phoned RAM and they told me they did not have a delivery for me. I Phoned Vodacom this morning 2 days later and they told me they were out of stock! What a waste of my time! If I had known this I could make another plan! I'm trying to cancel this whole thing but typically there is no answer at the call centre, same as Friday.
