I took an ADSL line from Telkom a few months back, the technicians came out and installed a Wi-Fi modem in my house in my absense (helper was in).

When trying to logon on a registration code or password was required, nowhere on the box in any manual or on the actual modem were these codes supplied.
After querying this I was told that I will recieve a call with the codes I require to login, this was never done.
After a month or 2 I recieved an sms with a very specific amount that I owe Telkom even though I have never been able to logon. After querying this no-one at Telkom could tell me how this amount was incurred, I explained the story and was told I will recieve a call from the customer service department and they will send out a technician to fix the problem, to date I have not recieved this call.
More amounts were sent through linked to a telephone number and after querying this again with Telkom no one has assisted or got back to me (I have never recieved a telephone or even logged onto the internet using the modem)
I have now received another sms stating legal action will be taken against me if I do not pay an account I did not generate. Complete lack of customer servic
