I contacted RBM on 9/05/2013 and was informed that I qualify for upgrade on 15/05/2013. A consultant (Jennifer) contacted me the same day at 16:15 and concluded the upgrade process with me. I was also informed that the conversation was recorded and that the phone will only be delivered once I've reached the official upgrade date of 15/05/13. On 15/05 I contacted RBM again to confirm the exact delivery date, but was informed that the consultant never processed my upgrade as there was no record of my request. All of a sudden there is also no record of the recorded conversation with the consultant. Is this the type of service provided by RBM?
