I applied for a new contract with Vodacom Direct on 29/04/2013, for a special on their website that I thought was WOW (BB Curve 9320 on TopUp 99 Vodacom4Less, R199/month for 21months, first 3 months FREE) I spoke to a sales person Johannes who sold the contract to me. As per the special, I was to get the first 3 months for FREE.I confirmed this with the sales consultant 3or4 times during our conversation&my 1st debit order was to go off END AUG 2013! The day of activation they deducted money from my account?? I've been trying to sort this out since then. I spoke to Raymond in the sales dep on 07/05/2013 and after checking the system, he told me that Johannes sold the incorrect contract to me and that it was not the special showing on my account, the team leader was suppose to phone me back? With every call or query logged, I got a diff ref nr that a consultant will get back to me within 24-48hours. NO ONE has phoned me back to sort this out yet. I have received numerous ref nrs.: S3-TP92K-KVCRU; 0014Aa8PV1M0NPEX; EC-ZHTT-2J7ESK; 0729803157.I really dont know what to do anymore&I'm considering cancelling the contract within the 14 days of activation 17/05/13 (as was explained to me, can be done)
