We have been struggling with a cellular phone upgrade since last week Monday 30th October 2013. Firstly we were not given any feedback as to whether the upgrade was approved and had to call in and from being put through from one consultant to the next, we finally managed to speak to Josslyn, who was handling the sale. it was on wednesday that she confirmed approval. Afterall that, there was no confirmation of the upgrade being processed and we then had to call again and follow up. on Wednesday 9th october, she spoke to Ayanda and went through the contract details, billing details and delivery details. She was meant to call back to advise on the delivery date. she still has yet to do so. When we called in today, we were informed that there is no record of the upgrade approval, and not record of an application to upgrade at all. The number this is in relation to is 074 2703296. This is unacceptable and i expect i call about a speedy solution to this matter. We would rather pic up the cell phone from Cell C branch in midrand rather than wait for yet another week. please make arrangemnets for this.
