Logged a fault report on 26 April. Technician phoned on 30 April and made an appointment for 1 May - no one came. Fault report was closed as completed. Logged a new fault report on 1 May. Technician phoned on 7 May and made an appointment for 8 May. I took off from work - no one came. Phoned 10212 (number in the SMS, but apparently the wrong number) to make a new appointment for 11 May - no one came. Fault report was closed on 14 May, as completed! Logged a new fault report, but believe the same is going to happen again. Call centre staff are apologising all the time and are friendly, but that is where it ends. Their facts are not always correct and the attitude of some of the technicians really bad. Had to use my cell phone to make expensive calls to 10212.
