Trying to report a fault

Every other day my phone is off for any time from 1 hour to 24 hours.
When I use the "REPORT A FAULT" option, the answer is alway "you can not report a fault as a fault has already been reported The fault report number is always "1283CRK170112". This number never change.
If this fault is not solved since 17 January 2012, when can I expect a fault free service?
