BAD SERVICE!!!

The 11th April 2013 I went to the Vodacom outlet in Canal Walk to upgrade my cellphone contract. I explained to the consultant that I want a contract without a device, cos I would get a Samsung S3 01 May. I then asked about data packages and a 500 Meg data deal was added to my package. I asked what my instalment would be and the answer was R149 for the R200 Top up and R99 for the 500 Meg and that comes to R248. I left the store and decided to call the store again to ask if the data would be available 01 May. I was then told it was active already and I would have to pay prorate. So I had to pay for something I was not gonna use. I called their Customer Care to have the 500 Megs cancelled and taken of my account and they did and I got a reference. So yesterday my statement came and I owe them R280. The 500 Meg was never taken off and I have to pay R59 for Blackberry BIS. Then consultant did'n't inform me that I should've cancelled the BIS and when I asked him what my bill would come to, he didn't include the R59. As soon as I can get out of my 3 contracts, I'm gone!!!
