I upgraded to Talk 130 with added 1 GIG data in November. I called the call centre yesterday after discovering that Vodacom has been charging me for all data I used since then.

I asked the agent to access my contract where it specifically states that I added the data (@R149 p/m). She told me she couldn't access my contract - I had to drive to the branch where I did the upgrade - they have the contract.
I drove to Vodacom Rivonia. There the staff told me that they DO NOT keep our contracts.
Luckily I took my copy - they then told me that the girl who sold me the upgrade obviously failed (based on my contract and what reflects on the system) to activate the data section of my deal.

After spending over an hour at the shop I still had no answer/solution.
They then only activated the data on my deal but it doesn't solve the issue of money that had and still will be taken by Vodacom based on error on their part.

The problem was then handed to the Operations manager of the branch, whom I still haven't heard from.
I called the branch this morning at about 10am, to find out why I am not getting feedback... I was told they would call me back with an update... it is now 4pm.
Help please?
