NOT RECEIVING DATA THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH!!!

So I have had a contract now for 18 months!!!
Every month I pay R 527 for R315 airtime and what I thought was 250 meg data that comes free with the package

I then discovered that vodacom has been charging me an extra R59 for a PROMO data bundle of 250 Megs of data, WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR!!!
This means that I should be getting 500 Megs every month... But I only receive 250

So I go in to a store and a very friendly guy helps me - he sees that I have in fact only been receiving 250 Megs every month and tells me to go in to the Customer Care branch at Canal Walk and tells me that Vodacom MUST reimburse me, which I did

The man that served me had a bad attitude and eventually tells me someone will get back to me in 24 hours... I get an SMS saying it's being looked into and it's now been 2 weeks!!! No one has called me!!!

R59per month for 18 months is R1062!!!
Or the data I've meant to receive is 4.5gigs!!! '

I want to be reimbursed or I want that data!
