Z10 still waiting

I took in my Z10 because of the cracked screen on the 15 of May its been 4 weeks now and haven't received it yet. They called and carried out the quotation that cost me R4900 which is very expensive and the attendant said it will take 7-14 working days but its been 26 already!!! Where is my phone?
