Upgrade? What upgrade?

Did a upgrade on the 29/4.Took the Samsung S4.MTN proudly displays new packages. Anytime 200, R200 airtime, 200MB, 30min MTN to MTN and 200sms MTN to MTN.

Check my balances and realised i am only getting R200 airtime and 25sms. Logged three incidents last week. Now my account billing date is the 11th of every month. Now they will only reverse costs the next month. Now for the new month it is still wrong!! Still no MB!!! Sort this out ASAP!!!
