Faulty upgrade phone

In March i was due for an upgrade & I got a Nokia phone which stopped working after 2 days and when I returned iwthin the 7 days I was given the option to choose another phone model. I got the Samsung GT B5330. With this phone, I woke up with the phone dead due to low battery when i had gone to bed with it fully charged. I returned this phone the next day & then they gave me another phone of the same model. On the 2nd day the new phone gave me the same problem. I continued to use the phone for 4 more days just to make sure it was faulty & on the 5th day it did the same thing. Woke up with it dead when i hadn't touched it since i had gone to bed with it fully charged. I returned the phone and this time asked for a different phone model. They refused to give me this option and said I could either take another phone same model or have the one i took warranty assessed. I had it assessed and it came back with them saying there was no fault with it. I just got it back & the same thing happend, this time, the phone switches off every 4 hours due to low battery and it freezes. I am VERY upset with the service MTN has provided me and i can see the next step is to cancel my contract with them
