Extremely Unhappy with Service Provide

I have had my contract with Nashua for more than two years, when I was due for an upgrade, Nashua contacted me and sent an email of the phones which I would qualify for, on choosing the phone (sales person) said it was a good phone (Nokia Lumia). I was contacted to say the the phone was ready for collection at their Boksburg Branch. No-one there took the time of explaining the phone to me. After a day or two I realised that I can't make *111# or any of the *120# numbers I went into a cell shop and asked them why I could not. The sales Lady said that it is a problem with the phone when I contacted Nashua and told them that if that is the case I do not want the phone I will rather take something else. I have been dealing with them since a week after my upgrade (via email, telephone) On Monday I contacted them again and was told to take my phone the Nashua so that they can to a software upgrade on USSD codes as that is a problem with the Nokia Lumia. I am now using a loan phone and have to wait 2 weeks. All I wanted to do was cancel the contract and go some where else. PLEASE HELP
