3 Phones and 1.5 months later and still no phone!

I upgraded my phone on the 15th January 2013, and got the Nokia Lumia 920 at MTN Cosmonet Sunninghill. Since then I have had 3 Nokia Lumia 920's, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. 1.5 months down the line and I still do not have a phone which I am paying for. The first phone I took in to MTN on the 21/1/13 as there were software problems, this one was replaced with a second one on the same day. The second phone had hardware problems, this happened whilst I had the phone for about 2 minutes and was still in the MTN store (reported back as physical damage), This was replaced with a third phone. The third phone after 10 days had hardware problems as well. In the meantime MTN proceeded to blacklist my phone without me being aware of it or having my consent to do so. (I do not want a phone that has been blacklisted). I took the 3rd phone in for the repairs on the 19/02/13 because of the hardware problem and the phone could not be used due to the fact that it was blacklisted (was blacklisted 12/02/13). On the day I returned my phone to get it repaired it was still blacklisted. I have spoken to numerous people at MTN and they all direct me to different people in various departments and nothing!!!
