No resolution of query and incompetant staff

I have a data contract with Mtn which commenced on 14 Dec 2012. As per fair usage policy, I am limited in speed after using 3gig. On 14 Jan, i noticed that I have still been throttled. I logged a call on the 15th Jan advising the call centre. They advised me that this will take between 24- 48 hrs to resolve. Its the 17th now and still no resolution. I called the call centtre just now, and the lady advised me that they still working on it after making me wait for 10minutes on the line. She then advises me that it will take 72 hrs to resolve. I asked her to put me through to her supervisor as she started questioning my query (indicating to me, that I have used my 3 gigs for the month of Jan). She then cuts me off when I request to speak to her supervisor.
